1. semester - Spam filtering
The first semester project were partly to introduce students to how courses are run on the university and at the same time get used to working in groups and write a report on a subject of own chosing.

We chose to research on the topic of spam filtering. In the project report we go through
- the initial research of the history behind spam
- current and previous spam filters.
- future spam filters in development
- development of a very simple spam filter.
